Tegan is out of Brenna's first litter sired by Mr. T. She looked so much like her father even at a young age. She and the other six puppies survived my novice skills as a puppy midwife and nanny. I am sure Janice Miller received many phone calls over those first few weeks.

She is every breeder's dream dog, having a wonderful temperament and sound conformation. I showed her easily to her first few points. Along the way she went Best of Opposite Sex to Best in Sweepstakes at the Lake Erie ESSA specialty in August 1987. She also went to stay with Karen Miller (Loujon) to finish her championship, finishing at Louisville in just a few weekends of showing.

Karen Miller told me not to train her for her companion dog title prior to finishing her championship. So we waited until she came home. After a few months training she finished the title easily in two weekends while she was pregnant no less. The completion of her CD earned her ESSFTA's multi titlist award for 1989.

On November 28, 1989 Tegan whelped a litter of 6 puppies sired by Loujon Proof of Purchase. The four boys thrived. Poor Tegan washed the hair off her muzzle keeping those puppies clean. Teddy is the keeper from this litter.

10 weeks old. We went to Janice's for puppy evaluations. My sister (Morgan) and I look really nice. My mom finally decided that I get to be the one to stay at home. I think it was my spots.	I don't remember how old I am here, but I am already practicing my obedience exercises. My mom keeps telling me not to carry or chew on the ends of the dumbbell but I keep forgetting.

August 1987, going Best of Opposite to Best in Sweeps at the Lake Erie specialty.	Louisville KY, finishing my championship. Now I get to go home and do some more fun stuff.

I earned lots of ribbons getting my Companion Dog title. High Scoring Champion and High Scoring English Springer Spaniel.	My mom dusted me off and we showed in Graduate Novice at the National. See, I still remember how to heel.
